Here's the short story. I've neglected my health for nearly a decade. I'm using this Weblog to document my efforts toward better fitness. Here's the opening post, which pretty much explains it all. I've taken as my motto the words of Dr. George Sheehan. "First, be a good animal."

day 3 walking

walked another two miles mid day

my weight was 245

have only had coffee with sugar, a banana and all bran with milk so far today

Another Reboot

11:37 AM 124/68 - 58

taking 80 mg of diovan as a routine each day now

i walked to pick caroline up at school yesterday, which is about two miles round trip

going to try my best to get at least a mile or two in three or four times a week from here on during decent weather

will weigh and start logging meals tomorrow morning

got a nice two mile walk in before lunch
