we switched scales this weekend and i was disappointed to see that the old scale was 12 pounds off - so instead of being at 230 pounds, i'm at 242
at any rate, the new one is probably closer to reality (and the doctor's office scales)

small serving of kugula (no sour cream) and 1/4 cup grapes (5?)
snack:
2 mini chocolate-banana muffins (2?)
supper:
smoked sausage (2)
small potato with smart blend (3)
