i suppose i'm in a bit of a rut - but that's the only way i seem to be able to manage this
i will take a break from strict counting for the weekend (as was my habit when doing this plan before) but will watch portions and refrain from snacking - i also really need to start getting in the habit of exercise - need to pick a time every day to do that and stick with it

A Brief Explanation
