Another Reboot

taking 80 mg of diovan as a routine each day now

i walked to pick caroline up at school yesterday, which is about two miles round trip

going to try my best to get at least a mile or two in three or four times a week from here on during decent weather

will weigh and start logging meals tomorrow morning

we switched scales this weekend and i was disappointed to see that the old scale was 12 pounds off - so instead of being at 230 pounds, i'm at 242

at any rate, the new one is probably closer to reality (and the doctor's office scales)

i suppose i'm in a bit of a rut - but that's the only way i seem to be able to manage this

i will take a break from strict counting for the weekend (as was my habit when doing this plan before) but will watch portions and refrain from snacking - i also really need to start getting in the habit of exercise - need to pick a time every day to do that and stick with it

Resolutions

11:40 am - 135/76 - 62 this morning

and back on a low dose of the diovan

and scheduled for all sorts of fun with doctors in the coming weeks

i've not been resolute over the past two years...and have made no resolutions for 2009, though obviously i need to do so

hard to say how much i'll blog here in the new year or when there'll be a new podcast episode out
